Bernard Clevens has over 6 years of real estate experience across acquisitions, dispositions and development. 

Prior to joining National Healthcare Realty Development, Bernard worked for Prologis (NYSE: PLD), the global leader in logistics real estate, focused on acquisitions and dispositions. While there, he led the financial modeling, investment committee presentations, due diligence and closing for 53 industrial real estate acquisitions and dispositions totaling $3.2B across 66M square feet in North America. He was also responsible for the financial analysis that underpinned the company’s M&A activity, including the $4B acquisition of Industrial Property Trust. He also assisted with 1031 planning overseeing the execution of over 80 exchanges.

Prior to Prologis, Bernard worked for a middle market real estate private equity fund where he served as Development Analyst  leading the financial modeling and supporting the entitlement and project execution efforts for a Harley-Davidson retail sales facility and a medical office building. He also supported all capital sourcing efforts.
