Mr. Byrnes has over 25 years of diverse national real estate brokerage, development, and consulting experience in both healthcare and retail related real estate. Mr. Byrnes has a passion for the healthcare industry and a desire to better serve the needs of healthcare providers through real estate and the creation of patient-centric healing environments that also address the changing landscape of healthcare delivery. Mr. Byrnes oversees the day-to-day corporate direction of the company and the various long-range strategic initiatives of the firm’s development, brokerage, and asset management businesses. Throughout Mr. Byrnes’ tenure in corporate real estate, he has had a broad depth of exposure to all aspects of site selection, entitlements, feasibility, design management, lease and sale negotiations, financing, marketing, and asset monetization. Mr. Byrnes has personally completed over 300 healthcare brokerage and development assignments in 22 states nationally, and on behalf of many institutional and corporate clients as well as individual healthcare providers.

Mr. Byrnes is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), an SIOR and a Masters of Corporate Real Estate Candidate (MCR), as well as a licensed real estate broker in States of California and Colorado. Mr. Byrnes studied Healthcare Administration at Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
