The 25-Acre Minneola Medical Campus is located in one of Florida’s most rapidly growing counties, Lake County and adjacent to a new multi-phase AdventHealth hospital campus. The Campus will be home to 450,000 SF of new Class-A medical office buildings, along with an onsite hotel and wellness center. Phase I of the new Advent hospital will bring a state-of-the-art acute care facility with 80 beds. As the market continues to evolve, AdventHealth plans to add an additional 60-80 beds.

 

Major plans have been developed for this area, including the Hills of Minneola. This massive residential and retail project coined “The Gateway Into Minneola” is under development for 4,000+ new residences, a 60-acre mixed use retail center, a regional park, and a civic site.
