Founder and Broker
Jecoah Byrnes is a medical real estate broker and developer with more than 25 years of experience and over 300 completed healthcare brokerage and development assignments in 22 states. He works with physicians, hospitals, health systems, and investors to lease, buy, sell, and develop surgery centers (ASCs), medical office buildings (MOBs), and specialty healthcare facilities nationwide.
Jecoah began his career in net lease investment sales at Net Lease Realty Advisors before joining CBRE in 2008, where he launched his healthcare real estate practice representing providers in occupier services and selling healthcare investment properties and post-acute assets nationally on the Healthcare Capital Markets team.
As Founder and Broker of NHRD, Jecoah represents healthcare owners, occupiers, and investors in investment sales, sale-leasebacks, acquisitions, site selection, and lease negotiations. He structures each transaction around the client's goals, whether that means selling to institutional and private capital buyers or helping physicians build equity through joint venture ownership of acquisition or ground-up development projects.
Jecoah holds the CCIM and SIOR designations, is a Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) candidate, and is a licensed real estate broker in Arizona and Colorado. He studied Healthcare Administration at Regis University in Denver, Colorado and works from NHRD's offices in Scottsdale, Arizona and Tampa, Florida.
